Elliott J. Lyons


Elliott is a Stanford University graduate with over 27 years of experience in engineering, product development, project management, and executive management. Most recently, Elliott served as group president of Commercial Vehicle Products for a Fortune 500 manufacturing leader with responsibility for products that served, among others, the construction industry. From 2002 to 2006, he served as group director of engineering and product development for Navistar International’s Construction and Vocational Products Division. As the Owner and CEO of EJL Group, LLC d/b/a Costello Electric Company, Elliott provides day-to-day leadership, overall management and strategic direction. He also serves as the company’s representative to the Atlanta Electrical Contractors Association (AECA) and serves as a board member to that organization.  He’s a very charismatic leader who believes in leading by example and setting the tone for a “team-based” culture where everyone feels empowered and valued. Elliott believes that the core values of the company that drive personal fulfillment, customer satisfaction, and ultimately, success for the company are being “Trustworthy,” having a “Can Do Attitude,” delivering “Unwavering Effort,” and exhibiting a genuine belief that “The Customer is King.”

Roy C. Ferguson

Vice President & Project Manager

Roy has over 33 years of construction related experience including 24 years in the electrical field. He is responsible for project supervision and daily operations of the construction division providing quality service to our general contractors and service accounts. In addition to estimating and project management, Roy’s responsibilities include managing and overseeing the entire field team.  Roy has a strong knowledge of commercial construction.

Mark J. Wise

Senior Project Manager & Estimator

Mark is the newest member of the Costello Electric project management team having joined the company in February 2017 after 10 years in South Carolina and 20+ years in New York prior to that. His most recent position was project manager and estimator for E-D-S Lighting and Underground Utilities in Greenville, South Carolina.  Mark has over 39 years of experience as a branch manager, project manager and estimator including all aspects of industrial and commercial construction, as well as design build projects.  He has estimated and managed projects of all sizes from several thousand dollars to ten million dollars.

Derrick M. Cummiskey

Project Manager & Estimator

Derrick has over 19 years of electrical construction experience in both project management and field supervision. He has extensive experience in both the Industrial and Commercial segments of construction. As both a project manager and field supervisor, Derrick has overseen the successful completion of multiple large, medium, and small scale projects in the private sector, as well as the state and federal government sectors including schools, universities, municipal buildings, correctional facilities, and military installations. Derrick believes that his knowledge of both the business and application sides of the electrical construction industry, along with his strong customer relationships – based on honesty and integrity – are the keys to completing projects that are successful for both the customer and the company.

Erin E. White

Office Manager & Full Charge Bookkeeper

Erin joined Costello Electric in February 2017.  Although she came to Costello Electric from Rytech, Inc. where she was responsible for A/R and banking for 36 U.S. location, Erin spent a considerable number of years in the electrical contractor business while serving as the Office Manager and Full Charge Bookkeeper for Sun State Electric Company, Inc.  Her responsibilities include payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivables, processing employees, and many other administrative duties.  She has an eye for details, as well as hands on capabilities in all phases of project administration. Erin’s excellent people skills and pleasant personality enable her to relate well to others and to foster successful relationships with owners, customers, and co-workers.  Erin has an Associates Degree in Accounting.

Mark I. Cummiskey

Warehouse & Logistics Manager

Mark retired from accounting and consulting after 30+ years. His sense of accuracy and accountability provides valuable tools for managing and facilitating supplies, equipment and job site efficiency. Mark is able to recognize and anticipate need and prioritize his actions accordingly. In addition, Mark’s business awareness provides the conduit for essential communication between the office and field in matters of safety awareness and related compliance.

Laneatrice Breazeale-Martin

Receptionist & Administrative Assistant

Laneatrice joined the Costello Electric team in 2016 and is typically the first voice that you hear when you contact our company.  Prior to Costello Electric, she worked as a solution specialist and account executive for Instawares.  In her current role, she is playing a major role in helping to implement several operational excellence initiatives in the company.  Laneatrice’s excellent people skills and pleasant personality are very important assets for the company.

Foremen and Lead JWs

Costello Electric Company’s foremen are members of the IBEW Local Union 613. All, except one, are long tenured with the company and have completed a Certified Supervisors Program through the Atlanta Electrical Contractors Association as part of the company’s continuing education program. All of our foremen and field leads are very experienced electricians and have led jobs large and small.  In addition, they all are OSHA certified, as well as Hilti certified.
